I have a relative with HBP due to weight gain. His doctor has him taking amlodipine to regulate it but it makes his feet and ankles swell so bad to the point he is in pain. After he spoke to Piratemedz, Mr. Stubborn (his nickname) begin to drink this tea every day - Straight, no sweetener, no Black Gold. This is the 2 week marks; His feet has reduced in swelling a lot. The swelling is minor.
